About Keeplist.io

Keeplist is reimagining how people curate, share, and discover the things that matter to them online. Right now, your interests – restaurants, TV shows, products, travel destinations, etc. – are scattered across different apps, screenshots, and forgotten bookmarks. Keeplist brings together all the things you're interested in and love in one platform, making it easy to save, organize, and experience it all in one place.

The Keeplist founders are Michael Deeb (former Director of Engineering at Fearless; former Full-stack Developer at DeepRadiology) and Sasha Shilko (Manager at Bain & Company; former Strategy at Lime; Kellogg MBA). The broader team includes a front-end engineer, UX designer, and website developer.

The Keeplist beta is currently available in the Apple and Android app stores.

About the Role

Keeplist is currently in beta and the founders are looking for Product Interns to help shape the future of the app. You'll lead user interviews, gather insights, and help translate them into product features that go live in production. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

You'll be treated as an integral member of the team, with real responsibilities and the opportunity to shape how our platform evolves. We believe in providing the support and respect you need to thrive while ensuring that your work has a meaningful impact on the product and users.

The internship is open to students pursuing any degree type (e.g., bachelors, masters / MBA, etc.). Preference for students in Chicago and DC areas (where founders are located).

The internship is unpaid, but will provide meaningful skills and experience for individuals interested in product management during a critical development point for an exciting new app.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to commit 5–10 hours a week for at least 2 months.

Conduct user interviews with students on campus to gather feedback and identify pain points, ensuring the product meets user needs.

Work with the founding team to shape the product roadmap and prioritize features based on user insights.

Assist in designing product features, writing user stories, and creating wireframes or mockups.

Collaborate with engineering to translate product concepts into functional, user-friendly features.

Analyze data on user behavior to drive continuous product improvement.

Help define and track key metrics for product success, contributing to strategy discussions.
